Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

During peak periods (holidays or high-demand drops), processing may take up to 5 business days. We’ll notify you if there’s any expected delay.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 within Canada and the United States (including hoodies and other items).

Orders under $99 will have standard shipping fees calculated at checkout.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates only and start after your order has been processed. Actual delivery can vary due to location, carrier, customs, or unforeseen events.

•  Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing (most domestic orders arrive within 5–7 business days total).

Note: We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and chosen shipping method.

Taxes, duties, and customs fees for international orders are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.

Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship to Canada and the United States.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link in the email or on the carrier’s website.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We can cancel or modify your order only if it has not yet entered production (usually within the first 24 hours after ordering).

Once production starts, we are unable to make changes.

Delays

We work hard to get your order to you quickly, but occasional delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, or high volume. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us with your order number and we’ll assist you.
